Introduction
These guidelines explain permitted references to Premium Hosting and when written permission is required. They do not grant ownership or a general trademark licence.
Section 1 — Descriptive references
1.0.1 You may use the words “Premium Hosting” accurately to identify our company or a genuine service relationship, provided the use is not misleading and does not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement.
1.0.2 Reviews, commentary and lawful comparative references must distinguish opinion from official Premium Hosting material.
Section 2 — Logos and visual assets
2.0.1 Do not use, modify, recolour, distort or combine our logos or badges without written permission or an approved asset pack and usage terms.
2.0.2 Do not use our branding as the dominant element of your business, product, domain, social account, application or advertising.
Section 3 — Partners, resellers and affiliates
3.0.1 A commercial relationship does not automatically grant brand rights. Partners, suppliers and affiliates may use only materials and wording expressly authorised for their programme.
3.0.2 Affiliates must make disclosures required by law and must not present themselves as Premium Hosting staff or guarantee outcomes we have not approved.
Section 4 — Prohibited uses
4.0.1 You must not use our brand for impersonation, phishing, deceptive domains, counterfeit services, unlawful content or conduct likely to damage or dilute the brand.
Section 5 — Permission and reports
5.0.1 Requests for permission and reports of misuse should be sent to sales@premium-hosting.co.uk with the proposed or disputed use and relevant URLs or materials.
5.0.2 Permission may be limited, conditional and revocable. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Section 6 — Changes
6.0.1 We may update these guidelines as our identity, programmes or assets change. Copyright reports follow our Copyright and Takedown Policy.
