Introduction
We respect intellectual-property rights and assess sufficiently detailed reports of alleged infringement. This policy is a reporting procedure and does not determine ownership disputes.
Section 1 — Our website content
1.0.1 Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, branding and original materials are owned by EVCV Limited or used with permission. You may view them for normal website use but may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission or another lawful basis.
Section 2 — Reporting alleged infringement
2.0.1 Send a report to sales@premium-hosting.co.uk containing: your identity and contact details; the protected work; the exact URL or service location of disputed material; the basis of your rights; the action requested; and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate.
2.0.2 Do not send passwords, full identity documents or unnecessary personal data. We may request verification or additional information where needed to assess authority and scope.
Section 3 — Review and action
3.0.1 We may forward relevant parts of a report to the affected customer so they can respond, unless law or safety requires otherwise.
3.0.2 Depending on evidence, urgency and our role, we may request removal, disable access, preserve evidence, restrict a service, reject an unsupported report or direct the parties to an appropriate court, registry or platform process.
3.0.3 A customer who believes material was removed in error may reply with evidence of ownership, licence, statutory exception or another lawful basis.
Section 4 — Misuse and repeat infringement
4.0.1 Knowingly false, misleading or abusive reports may create legal liability and may be rejected. Repeated infringement may lead to suspension or termination under our Acceptable Use Policy.
Section 5 — Jurisdiction
5.0.1 This is a UK procedure. References to “DMCA” in the source template have not been retained because we do not represent that we have appointed a United States DMCA designated agent. A lawful notice from another jurisdiction will be assessed according to applicable obligations and our role.
Section 6 — Changes
6.0.1 We may update this policy when law, reporting channels or services change. Personal data in reports is handled under our Privacy Policy.
