Are migrations free?
Migration work is assessed individually. If any assistance is included with a product, we will identify it; otherwise we will provide a custom-work quote before starting.
Can you guarantee no downtime?
No migration is presented as risk-free. We plan to minimise disruption, explain known constraints and agree the cutover approach before work begins.
Do you migrate email as well as websites?
Email migration is supported in parts of the hosting platform, but eligibility and scope depend on the source service, mailbox volume and access available. We confirm this during assessment.
