Our approach
We are continuing to improve usability and address accessibility issues.
We want as many people as possible to use this website. We design and test the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind, but we do not currently claim formal conformance.
What we have tested
The website has automated checks and manual review for keyboard navigation, visible focus, headings and landmarks, form and control labels, link purpose, image alternatives, reduced motion, responsive reflow, and text zoom. The site provides a skip link and does not require optional animation to access content.
Known limitations
The customer control panel, checkout, Trustpilot and social-media destinations are separate third-party services. Their accessibility is outside the direct control of this website. Some complex product comparison tables may require horizontal scrolling on narrow screens; headings and labels remain available to support navigation.
We will record additional material limitations here when confirmed and provide an alternative where reasonably possible.
