Are Cloud Servers separate from VPS Hosting?
Yes. Cloud Servers are related to VPS but use a configurable builder. VPS Hosting remains the fixed unmanaged VPS plan family.
Can I choose location and optimisation?
Yes. Choose an available location and workload profile in the builder. Options include PHP and WordPress with Redis; compare the full list and confirm your selections in the client-area order summary.
What does managed Cloud cover?
Premium Hosting manages the underlying cloud hosting platform. You remain responsible for your application, content, users, credentials and application-level configuration. Any additional managed work must be agreed in writing.
Does Timeline Backups Pro cost extra?
Yes. The Pro option adds a monthly fee that varies by server size. Selecting it updates the build estimate. Check the backup option and total in your final order summary, and keep an independent current backup of important data.
