Introduction
These terms supplement our Terms and Conditions for services billed on a recurring basis.
Section 1 — Plans and billing intervals
1.0.1 The checkout identifies the service, initial price, tax, billing interval and available renewal information. Monthly, annual and other intervals are separate commitments and may have different prices.
Section 2 — Automatic renewal
2.0.1 A recurring service renews for the selected interval until cancelled. You authorise the active payment method to be charged for amounts due.
2.0.2 Domain, certificate and licence renewal may have supplier deadlines and irreversible charges. Keep account contacts and payment methods current and review renewal notices promptly.
Section 3 — Invoices, tax and payment failure
3.0.1 Invoices and transaction records are available through the applicable account route. Prices are stated with or without VAT as shown at checkout.
3.0.2 If payment fails or remains overdue, we may retry the payment, notify you and restrict, suspend or terminate the affected service in accordance with the accepted order and applicable law.
Section 4 — Price changes
4.0.1 We may change a future renewal price by giving notice through the customer account or registered contact details before the new price applies.
4.0.2 If you do not accept a future price, you may cancel before the renewal takes effect, subject to any minimum term and rights that apply.
Section 5 — Cancellation, refunds and plan changes
5.0.1 Cancellation and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5.0.2 Upgrades may take effect immediately and be charged or credited as displayed. Downgrades may take effect at renewal and can reduce resources or features; you must bring usage within the new limits.
Section 6 — Trials, promotions and discounts
6.0.1 A free trial or promotional price applies only where expressly offered and may be restricted by customer, service, duration or redemption rules.
6.0.2 A discount does not change the standard renewal price unless the offer expressly says it continues. Abuse, duplication or manipulation of an offer may result in withdrawal or order cancellation.
Section 7 — Records, disputes and changes
7.0.1 Raise a billing query promptly with the invoice or transaction reference. A genuine dispute does not suspend undisputed amounts.
7.0.2 We may update these terms for billing, supplier, tax or legal changes. Complaints follow our Complaints Procedure.
